Vedik Art do not accept returns for unopened and unused items. However, we can only accept returns for opened or used items if they are damaged during shipping.

• Document the Damage: Take clear photos and/or a short video showcasing the extent of the damage to the product and the packaging. This documentation helps us process your return efficiently and file a claim with the carrier.
